What you will do

• Own and manage the quality management framework for personnel vetting and credentialing activities.
• Map current-state processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend future-state improvements aligned with Trusted Workforce 2.0.
• Define and monitor QA/QC checkpoints, sampling plans, and service level expectations.
• Elicit and document business and system requirements for platforms like VA-CABS, USAccess, and NBIS/eApp.
• Create and maintain audit-ready documentation, including SOPs, control matrices, and evidence packages.
• Communicate quality findings, risks, and performance insights to program leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be a US-based professional capable of handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
• Proven experience in business analysis and quality management within federal or highly regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of personnel vetting, credentialing lifecycles, and Trusted Workforce 2.0 doctrine.
• Ability to translate complex policy into actionable SOPs, training materials, and change management deliverables.
• Strong proficiency in audit readiness, process mapping, and data-driven performance reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for partnering with government stakeholders, OIT teams, and vendors.
