What you will do

• Define and own enterprise-wide quality engineering, certification, and production readiness standards.
• Translate Agile principles into enforceable testing practices within the Enterprise Delivery Framework.
• Lead the evolution of continuous testing and automation frameworks to drive shift-left adoption.
• Establish change risk scoring and readiness assessment models to reduce post-release incidents.
• Govern quality and automation KPIs to shift the organization toward outcome-based measures.
• Lead and develop a team of quality engineering, automation, and readiness professionals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or related technology leadership.
• Deep experience operating within Agile and DevOps environments at scale.
• Proven track record of establishing enterprise standards, governance models, and delivery disciplines.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset focused on end-to-end delivery outcomes.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
• Ability to operate as a technology authority through influence and credibility.
