What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure using automation.
• Automate cloud operations and infrastructure for product suites on GCP and other providers using IaC.
• Reduce operational toil by developing self-service workflows and tools.
• Adhere to architecture standards and compliance requirements like HIPAA, GDPR, and FedRAMP.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and data science teams to evangelize cloud best practices.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship available).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
• 5+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and GitOps (GitHub Actions, Argo CD).
• 2+ years of experience with programming languages (Go, Python, Shell).
• 2+ years of experience in observability and incident management for high-availability systems.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) with deep understanding of internals.
• Familiarity with IaC actuation tools like Atlantis or Terraform Cloud.
• Experience managing complex distributed systems.
