What you will do

• Ensure hirify.global Cloud Services meet health and reliability SLAs.
• Design and implement infrastructure tooling, observability, and automation pipelines.
• Manage production incidents in complex multi-cloud environments using standard incident management processes.
• Process customer service requests and perform provisioning tasks.
• Directly troubleshoot and resolve operational issues for customers.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Expertise with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services.
• Experience with cloud Kubernetes infrastructure (EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Programming capability in Python, Go, or Groovy.
• Deep understanding of Linux operating systems and production debugging.
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator and relevant Cloud Administrator certification.
