Location: Must be based in or be able to commute to Ottawa, Ontario (Hybrid)
Salary: $120,000–$150,000

What you will do
- Ensure Cloud Services meet health and reliability SLAs.
- Design and implement infrastructure tooling, observability, and automation pipelines.
- Manage production incidents in complex multi-cloud environments using standard incident management processes.
- Process customer service requests and perform provisioning tasks.
- Directly troubleshoot and resolve operational issues for customers.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Expertise with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services.
- Experience with cloud Kubernetes infrastructure (EKS, AKS, GKE).
- Proficiency in infrastructure automation using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Programming capability in Python, Go, or Groovy.
- Deep understanding of Linux operating systems and production debugging.
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator and relevant Cloud Administrator certification.
