What you will do

• Update treasury documentation and standardize standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare schematic diagrams and workflow maps to visually represent treasury processes and approval flows.
• Establish a document index and organize treasury materials for efficient searchability.
• Support treasury operations during audits and bank KYC due diligence documentation.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of treasury templates, dashboards, and reporting tools.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to document complex processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable using diagramming and flowchart tools.
• Must be based in Singapore.
