Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

What you will do

• Provide technical support to clients regarding product features, installation, and maintenance.
• Analyze market trends and customer requirements to inform product enhancements.
• Collaborate with development and service teams to define requirements and establish project timelines.
• Troubleshoot product issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Marketing to launch new offerings through integrated sales and advertising plans.
• Represent the voice of the customer across internal departments to improve product usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Entry-level professional experience in product support, technical support, or client service.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and functions.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and develop technical competence.

• Familiarity with workflow and process management concepts.
