What you will do

• Partner with the GTM Product Lead to translate vision into actionable delivery plans.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and CRM-related initiatives.
• Lead planning activities, including sprint planning and design reviews.
• Manage PMO governance, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external vendors.
• Ensure initiatives align with commercial outcomes like pipeline and forecasting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise tech or SaaS environments.
• Strong expertise with Salesforce and CRM/GTM platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Agile/Hybrid delivery and PMO frameworks.
• Experience managing vendors and external partners.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within global teams.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as SAFe, PRINCE2, PMP, or ITIL.
• Background in cybersecurity.
• Consulting experience.
• Familiarity with SOX/ITGC compliance.
• Proficiency in Jira, Asana, and Power BI.
