What you will do

• Design, implement, and test accounting requirements for new business initiatives and payment flows.
• Act as a business partner for cross-functional teams including Product, Business Intelligence, and Data.
• Manage the monthly closing process, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Perform variance analysis on balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.
• Collaborate with external providers and auditors to ensure local regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous process improvements and innovations within the global accounting function.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS standards.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional project work.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-change environment.
• Strong work ethic with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in Online Payments Accounting.
