What you will do

• Advise colleagues on consistent interpretation and implementation of US GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Determine accounting impact of significant sales and procurement deals, including acquisition and other strategic projects.
• Own integrated reporting (US GAAP and IFRS) and interim IFRS reporting; review quarterly consolidated financial statements and earnings releases (US GAAP).
• Set accounting policies via the accounting manual and position papers; define Sarbanes-Oxley scoping and the control framework.
• Provide second-level oversight of accounting compliance and deliver trainings across the organization.
• Partner with audit and internal control committees and support the external auditor on technical accounting topics.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with a completed RA, CPA, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience at a Big 4 audit firm, including managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge and experience with US GAAP and IFRS.
• Knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and related requirements (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and communicate complex technical topics clearly.
