What you will do

• Assist with the administration of various corporate vehicles and investment holding companies.
• Manage company secretarial matters, including drafting minutes, resolutions, and preparing board packs.
• Handle incorporation processes and ensure timely annual and ad hoc regulatory filings.
• Maintain accurate entity records and perform CDD checks on shareholders.
• Liaise with banks, notary offices, and regulatory authorities as required.
• Support the audit process for corporate entities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in financial services.
• Currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification, preferably ICSA Certificate level or equivalent.
• Strong computer literacy skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
