Senior Manager, Product Development (Gaming Peripherals)

What you will do

• Drive the global product roadmap and long-term vision for a specific PC gaming peripherals category.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation and feature definition to phase-out planning.
• Translate gamer feedback and market trends into detailed Product Requirement Specifications (PRS).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Industrial Design, UX/UI, and Marketing teams.
• Champion the user experience to ensure products meet brand and performance standards.
• Influence stakeholders to prioritize features and deliver high-impact products on time and budget.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Product Design, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end product management.
• Deep understanding of PC gaming culture and gamer needs.
• Strong technical background in electronics or mechanical engineering.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for influencing senior leadership.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience managing high-performance hardware or gaming peripherals like mice, keyboards, or headsets.
