Product Line Management

Location: Singapore, SGP; relocation is not available; travel up to 20%.

What you will do

• Own product change management and control after product release, including unreleased product approvals, engineering change orders, and part change notifications.
• Review field-service feedback and manage changes driven by engineering, quality, safety, customer demand, and supply obsolescence.
• Ensure accuracy of customer-shipped configurations and bills of materials through configuration reviews, BOM controls, and non-standard request approvals.
• Own common-module and component roadmaps, including obsolescence management, replacements, alternative vendors, and cost reduction.
• Coordinate intercompany product strategy, pricing guidance, spare-level contents, restricted-part orders, and roadmap alignment.
• Manage strategic vendor issues and lead cross-functional projects with moderate complexity.

Requirements

• Depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized product or technical discipline.
• Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend practices that improve products, processes, or services.
• Experience leading others in solving complex problems and applying analytical judgment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for aligning stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Ability to work in Singapore; the role is not relocation eligible.
