Location: Must be based in or able to work from Atlanta or Denver with a hybrid work schedule (at least 3 days a week in office). Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Salary: $124,000–$229,000

What you will do
- Define and lead the UI development strategy for Generative AI products.
- Inspire and empower a team of UI engineers to deliver high-performance web and mobile experiences.
- Partner with engineering, product, and design leadership to align on architecture and roadmaps.
- Establish standards for code quality, testing, and scalable development practices.
- Drive application performance, reliability, and scalability across platforms.
- Contribute to cross-functional planning and the broader technology strategy.
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience in UI or front-end engineering.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing development teams.
- Deep expertise in modern front-end development, component-based frameworks, and TypeScript.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders at a senior level.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS in Computer Science).
- Experience in fintech, capital markets, or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies in consumer-facing products.
