Salary: $124,000–$229,000

• Contribute to cross-functional planning and the broader technology strategy.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in UI or front-end engineering.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing development teams.
• Deep expertise in modern front-end development, component-based frameworks, and TypeScript.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders at a senior level.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA or MS in Computer Science).
• Experience in fintech, capital markets, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies in consumer-facing products.
