Salary: $185K – $215K + Equity

What you will do

• Craft user interfaces for new paradigms of AI-enabled care to improve patient engagement and outcomes.
• Own and refine product experiences across the patient app and physician-facing care delivery platform.
• Shape frontend architecture, including design systems, state management, responsiveness, and web performance.
• Collaborate with ML research and backend teams to translate LLM techniques into clinical product experiences.
• Partner with internal Product, Clinical, and Design teams, as well as external healthcare organizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production frontend software.
• Deep fluency in TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, React, and Next.js.
• Expertise in CSS, animation, and design systems to deliver highly performant interfaces.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and the application of LLMs to real-world product challenges.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York or Boston offices.

Nice to have

• Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
