• Manage fibre design, OSP/ISP engineering, and GIS teams throughout the project lifecycle from survey to implementation.
• Supervise construction and fibre engineering vendors to expedite cabling, splicing, and testing activities.
• Design and review fibre optic network plans, including high-level design and installation documentation.
• Produce detailed project costings, Bills of Materials (BoM), and manage procurement of equipment.
• Maintain network information accuracy in Salesforce and coordinate with local authorities and third parties for permitting.
• Provide technical expertise for telecom civil construction methods and on-call support for network outages.

Требования

• Fluent in both German and English (C1 level required).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry with outside plant (OSP) and fibre optics.
• Proven experience managing large capital projects and familiarity with all facets of OSP construction.
• Proficiency in construction documentation, optical test specifications, and tools like AutoCAD, Smallworld GIS, and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple aggressive RFP and design construction schedules.
