What you will do

• Serve as the Responsible Electrical Specialist (vEFK) ensuring safety and compliance with German regulations.
• Lead an international, interdisciplinary team of technicians and engineers.
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and development of test field infrastructure including medium/low-voltage switchgear and HIL test benches.
• Design and implement training programs for qualified electrical personnel.
• Manage daily installation work, testing activities, and documentation including risk analyses.
• Collaborate with occupational safety specialists and internal departments to ensure efficient facility operations.

Requirements

• Recognized qualification in electrical engineering (technician, master, or degree).
• Extensive experience as an EFK in the medium-voltage sector, ideally as a vEFK.
• Certifications for working under live parts and medium-voltage switching authorization.
• In-depth knowledge of German electrical regulations (VDE, BetrSichV, TRBS, DGUV V3).
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Daily on-site presence in Erlangen is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience with HIL test benches, simulation methods, and automation technology.
• Strong background in HSE management and risk analysis methods like FMEA or HAZOP.
