• Provide administrative support to A&R and Marketing teams to ensure efficient operational execution.
• Collaborate on launch marketing strategies tailored for Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences.
• Conduct research on emerging music trends and identify potential talent across digital platforms.
• Streamline creative processes including copywriting and visual/audio prototyping using AI tools.
• Analyze streaming data and market trends to inform creative and commercial decision-making.
• Implement AI solutions to automate data analysis and maximize operational efficiency.

Требования

• Currently enrolled in a university program (Music Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.) active until at least December 2026.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
• Agile mindset with a passion for emerging technologies and AI adoption.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment.
