What you will do

• Provide training and ongoing support to sales teams regarding renovation and construction loan programs.
• Review and maintain lending guidelines and internal process workflows.
• Evaluate construction contracts and renovation bids for feasibility and accuracy.
• Monitor active projects to ensure compliance with budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert for borrowers, loan officers, and internal stakeholders.
• Mediate disputes between borrowers, contractors, and other involved parties.

Requirements

• Must be based in AR, FL, IA, KS, MI, MO, NE, OK, TN, or TX.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in mortgage residential real estate or construction lending preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Encompass loan software.
• Experience with Land Gorilla Construction Loan Manager.
