What you will do

• Communicate with internal customers and partner with operations teams to ensure seamless logistics.
• Resolve transportation and agent-related service issues through Salesforce.
• Utilize carrier tracking systems to monitor shipments and returns.
• Coordinate with studio associates and phone center personnel for asset retrieval.
• Manage multiple logistics priorities daily to meet strict deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation, distribution, or customer service logistics.
• Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or Manhattan.
• Strong understanding of logistics terminology and supply chain flow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
