What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, overseeing recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role.

• Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Commitment to AI fluency and embracing AI tools for decision-making and innovation.
