What you will do

• Oversee daily operations of offshore teams to ensure adherence to standard procedures and quality metrics.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving operational issues between vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and government agency rules to manage end-to-end tax payment cycles.
• Monitor SLAs and contractual targets to ensure business promises are met.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, report performance, and flag processing bottlenecks.
• Lead process improvement projects to eliminate waste and standardize workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in business process operations, vendor management, or high-volume shared services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Proven ability in cross-functional relationship building and task prioritization.
• Excellent cross-border communication skills.

Nice to have

• Background in B2B payments, funds management, or tax services.
• Experience with Jira for tracking and Tableau for data visualization.
• Knowledge of process mapping tools and AI tool implementation.
