What you will do
- Oversee daily operations of offshore teams to ensure adherence to standard procedures and quality metrics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving operational issues between vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and government agency rules to manage end-to-end tax payment cycles.
- Monitor SLAs and contractual targets to ensure business promises are met.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, report performance, and flag processing bottlenecks.
- Lead process improvement projects to eliminate waste and standardize workflows.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 5+ years of experience in business process operations, vendor management, or high-volume shared services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Proven ability in cross-functional relationship building and task prioritization.
- Excellent cross-border communication skills.
Nice to have
- Background in B2B payments, funds management, or tax services.
- Experience with Jira for tracking and Tableau for data visualization.
- Knowledge of process mapping tools and AI tool implementation.
