What you will do

• Design and implement software enhancements and bug fixes for clinical solutions.
• Participate in iteration and release planning while adhering to design and testing principles.
• Mentor software developers and ensure the quality of team deliverables.
• Coordinate with IT and business teams to resolve issues and provide support.
• Author technical documentation and maintain design specifications.
• Train other developers on standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in .NET Core development.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and API development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (AKS, App Service, SQL, Service Bus).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Bicep.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and test-driven development.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Familiarity with application containerization and GitLab.
• Understanding of AI tools like Windsurf or Cursor and agentic spec-driven development.
