What you will do

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes for expenses, headcount, and revenue.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including variance analysis versus budget and prior periods.
• Perform structured financial analysis to support business reviews and operational decisions.
• Collaborate with Accounting to support actuals close, data reconciliation, and variance explanations.
• Maintain forecast inputs and models using systems like Anaplan, NetSuite, and Excel.
• Identify data quality issues and process gaps to improve financial reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Foundational understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Exposure to FP&A systems such as Anaplan.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI.
