What you will do

• Lead technical configuration of AtHoc SaaS instances and perform end-to-end on-premise installations on customer infrastructure.
• Maintain expert-level configuration and troubleshooting for Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate data imports, deployment tasks, and system health checks.
• Configure Microsoft Entra ID/LDAP synchronizations and SAML 2.0/SSO authentication; use REST APIs with JSON payloads for system interoperability.
• Use SQL queries to support data mapping and verify data integrity during migration and implementation.
• Act as a technical advisor to client IT leads on security hardening and system maintenance best practices.

Requirements

• French/English bilingual proficiency with strong verbal and written communication in both languages.
• 4–7 years of experience in a technical role (systems administration, implementation, or field engineering).
• Advanced administration of Windows Server (registry, services, GMSA, and security policies).
• Experience managing IIS (web sites, application pools, and SSL/TLS certificate bindings).
• SQL Server knowledge including executing basic queries for data verification or table changes, plus backup and restoration; availability groups knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and API interaction; familiarity with JSON, REST APIs, and identity management (SSO/Entra ID).
• Ability to travel up to 40% for on-site requirements at secure facilities or international locations.
