Location: Canada (Ontario) Remote
Salary: $111,000–$156,700 CAD (expected compensation for candidates residing in Canada)

What you will do
- Build and execute full-funnel customer marketing campaigns that drive upsell, cross-sell, and revenue growth.
- Own end-to-end campaign management: strategy and planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Partner cross-functionally with demand generation, product, sales, operations, and customer success to align campaigns to business goals.
- Analyze customer behavior and segmentation data to identify trends and inform targeted nurture journeys across the customer lifecycle.
- Use AI tools to inform, build, and manage customer segmentation and targeting for personalized campaigns.
- Monitor performance and optimize programs based on data-driven insights; support customer advocacy and referrals with customer success.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of marketing experience with a proven track record driving revenue growth through customer marketing campaigns.
- Experience building and managing end-to-end campaigns, including strategy, messaging/visuals, and performance analysis.
- Proven experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini and/or similar) to synthesize data and build AI agents for workflow automation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to guide campaign strategy and optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for compelling messaging and content.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
