Principal Security Architect (AI/ML Security)

What you will do

• Design and lead security architectures across APIs, cloud, on-premises, data, and AI/ML environments.
• Secure APIs using access controls, OAuth, JWT, API gateways, and microservices security patterns.
• Develop reusable security designs, standards, policies, and controls aligned with industry and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with development, operations, business, and enterprise architecture stakeholders to align security with business objectives.
• Conduct threat modeling, risk assessment, vulnerability management, threat analysis, and incident response.
• Protect machine-learning models and AI training data against adversarial attacks while applying ethical AI principles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in security architecture and API security, including secure API gateways and microservices architectures.
• 8+ years of experience with information security controls, guidelines, and standards such as ISO 27000, OWASP, CSA CCM, CIS Controls, SOX, and NIST.
• Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, network security, cloud security, identity management, encryption, zero-trust architectures, and secure DevOps.
• Experience with SIEM implementation, log analysis, incident response, risk management, and vulnerability management in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong consulting, negotiation, communication, consensus-building, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; technical coding knowledge in Java, C#/.NET, Ruby, or Python is preferred.

Nice to have

• In-depth AWS knowledge, including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Security Hub, WAF, and GuardDuty.
• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, or Ansible.
• AI/ML security experience in financial services, including ML models, AI pipelines, deep learning frameworks, AI ethics, and security controls.
• CCSP, CISSP, GIAC, or another cloud-specific certification.
