Network Security Architect (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Define and maintain the enterprise network security architecture roadmap and technical design governance.
• Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of firewalls, secure remote access, network segmentation, Zero Trust, and cloud security solutions.
• Design and review secure connectivity across on-premises, cloud, hybrid, and third-party environments.
• Conduct technical risk assessments, security exposure analyses, and security design reviews.
• Develop security standards, policies, reference architectures, and regulatory compliance guidance.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, vendor evaluation, and after-hours support when required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and governing enterprise network security architectures in complex environments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of firewalls, routers, ACLs, IDS/IPS, VPNs, MFA, PKI, WAN, LAN, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Experience with Zero Trust, SASE/SSE, ZTNA, CASB, SD-WAN, network segmentation, and microsegmentation.
• Extensive experience with Palo Alto Networks technologies, including Next-Generation Firewalls, Panorama, GlobalProtect, and Prisma Access.
• Experience securing cloud network architectures across Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of ISO 27001/27002, NIST, CIS Controls, COBIT, and related frameworks.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, CCSP, PCNSE, CCSK, CCNP Security, or AWS Certified Security – Specialty certification.
