What you will do
- Implement ’s organic social media strategy in EMEA to increase engagement and support business objectives.
- Create, edit, and publish written, photo, graphic, and video content daily across channels, including employee advocacy and thought leader accounts on LinkedIn.
- Maintain and optimize the social media calendar in Airtable, identifying scheduling overlaps and gaps.
- Support social media campaigns: create content, write/edit copy, manage inquiries via internal tools (Aprimo), and track monthly performance metrics (followers, impressions, clicks, engagements, reach).
- Run and interpret social listening reports and translate insights into growth and creative opportunities.
- Partner with Compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are met for social media content for specific countries and EMEA-wide, using the Compliance tracking system (RedOak).
Requirements
- Direct related experience in social media with a proven track record of developing content strategy and social media programs that deliver business results.
- Strong editorial, written, and creative skills for digital-first platforms.
- Experience using social media platforms and tools such as Hootsuite and Airtable.
- Ability to manage daily process details for multiple posts and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of financial services or other heavily regulated industries is preferred.
