What you will do

  • Support the execution of partnership strategies and high-profile brand relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Manage day-to-day partner relationships and coordinate activation activities.
  • Analyze partnership performance using data and insights to support decision-making.
  • Assist in the end-to-end delivery of partnership projects from ideation to execution.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK and able to work in a hybrid capacity.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand partnerships or sponsorship within a complex organization.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with experience coordinating agencies or third parties.
  • Ability to use data and insights to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to large-scale brand or sponsorship partnerships.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing or campaign activity.
  • Background in financial services or regulated environments.
