Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London or Bristol for hybrid work (at least 40% of time in office).

What you will do

  • Support the delivery of the group's partnership strategy across sponsorship, media, and technology.
  • Manage high-profile relationships, such as British Cycling, ensuring successful activation and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring partnership initiatives to life.
  • Execute end-to-end partnership campaigns, from initial idea generation to final performance tracking.
  • Use data and insights to assess partnership performance and identify opportunities for commercial improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to foster a high-performing team environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in brand partnerships or sponsorship within a complex or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting partnership delivery, including activation, campaign execution, and performance evaluation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to assess performance and identify improvements.
  • Experience working with agencies or third-party partners, including budget awareness and delivery oversight.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

  • Existing network within the brand partnerships or sponsorship landscape.
  • Experience working within financial services or other highly regulated environments.
  • Experience working across media, data, or technology-led partnerships.
  • Background in large-scale brand activation campaigns.
