What you will do
- Support the delivery of the group's partnership strategy across sponsorship, media, and technology.
- Manage high-profile relationships, such as British Cycling, ensuring successful activation and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring partnership initiatives to life.
- Execute end-to-end partnership campaigns, from initial idea generation to final performance tracking.
- Use data and insights to assess partnership performance and identify opportunities for commercial improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to foster a high-performing team environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in brand partnerships or sponsorship within a complex or fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust across internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience supporting partnership delivery, including activation, campaign execution, and performance evaluation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to assess performance and identify improvements.
- Experience working with agencies or third-party partners, including budget awareness and delivery oversight.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities.

- Existing network within the brand partnerships or sponsorship landscape.
- Experience working within financial services or other highly regulated environments.
- Experience working across media, data, or technology-led partnerships.
- Background in large-scale brand activation campaigns.
