What you will do

• Execute product demonstrations, retailer visits, and end-user engagements to build brand credibility.
• Implement demand creation initiatives and support field programs aligned with crop cycles.
• Monitor competitor activities and gather field intelligence to shape tactical responses.
• Report on Move Out Sales (MOS), crop development, and farmer practices to the Field Supervisor.
• Ensure accurate product positioning and technical messaging at the dealer and end-user level.
• Drive engagement programs to maintain dealer confidence and product visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field is a strong advantage.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for frequent travel to farms and retail outlets.
• Proven professional background with a reputation for integrity and reliability.
• Ability to deliver technical presentations to diverse audiences including farmers and retailers.
• Must be available to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
