What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients to drive usage and renewals.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships while identifying up-sell opportunities.
• Proactively monitor account health and develop strategic engagement plans.
• Provide comprehensive training and onboarding for new and existing client users.
• Collaborate with Relationship Partners to define account-specific growth strategies.
• Assist clients with product configuration, including alerts and dashboards.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of successful sales or account management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
