Salary: $151,200–$204,600 USD annually (Seattle, WA)

What you will do

• Own the notifications platform and define product strategy to improve existing and new notification experiences.
• Build scalable, reliable notifications infrastructure while optimizing notification content and delivery.
• Identify opportunities to drive viewer engagement and retention through timely, relevant notifications.
• Develop and execute a 2–3 year strategic plan for key growth initiatives and how the platform evolves from the current feature set.
• Run experimentation and analyze insights to measure impact, balancing data-driven decisions with product intuition.
• Collaborate closely with applied scientists, data science, engineering, and design; represent both viewers and streamers across product teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• 2+ years working directly with notifications solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to understand data trends, insights, and experiments, with the ability to decide when to use product intuition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to precisely articulate customer problems.
• Proven history of shipping products through experimentation, analyzing results, and measuring impact.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Familiarity with streaming and hirify.global’s ecosystem.
• Experience working with GTM teams to bring a new product to market.
• Ability to write basic SQL and use experimentation/analytics tools.
