• Design and build AI-powered tools to automate and enhance engineering workflows.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate intelligent agents that boost code quality and reduce friction.
• Drive best practices for embedding Gen-AI into code generation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor engineers and advocate for scalable, maintainable AI tooling.
• Evaluate and adopt the latest advancements in LLMs and AI-assisted development.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Expertise in building software incorporating AI/ML into developer workflows.
• Strong coding skills in at least two languages: Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or C#.
• Experience designing systems that improve engineering velocity or product delivery.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license if required by state/provincial agencies.
