What you will do

• Lead global supply chain strategy across the U.S. and France, ensuring unified operational vision.
• Own and optimize the global SIOP process across Commercial, Operations, and Finance.
• Develop and execute demand forecasting strategies using data, market insights, and predictive analytics.
• Lead long-term capacity planning, scenario modeling, and production allocation across manufacturing sites.
• Build and lead a high-performing global planning team while establishing KPIs for cost and service.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment on business priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of supply chain experience, including global leadership.
• Background in medical devices, life sciences, or regulated industries (FDA, ISO 13485, EU MDR).
• Expertise in forecasting and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Experience leading global SIOP and multi-site operations.
• Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment.

• MBA degree.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS certification.
