What you will do

• Implement and manage enterprise-level Citrix environments, including servers and ADCs.
• Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex Citrix troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Standardize, optimize, and automate existing infrastructure processes.
• Perform root cause analysis and share findings to improve team expertise.
• Manage Citrix Cloud and Citrix deployments within Microsoft Azure.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada and available during EST hours.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Citrix Virtualization Engineer in large-scale environments (2,000+ users).
• Current CCA-V certification (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7 Administration).
• Hands-on experience with CVAD 2203+, StoreFront, FsLogix, PVS, and MCS.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

Nice to have

• Citrix Certified Enterprise Engineer (CCEE) or CCE-V/CCP-V certifications.
• Citrix Certified Professional – Networking (CCP-N).
• Experience working within a healthcare setting.
