What you will do

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex macOS and Windows hardware, software, and OS issues.
• Administer core platforms including Jamf Pro, Intune, and Okta according to industry best practices.
• Lead IT initiatives such as software rollouts, security remediations, and office expansions.
• Optimize onboarding, offboarding, and support workflows to increase team velocity.
• Partner with the Security team on endpoint compliance, disk encryption, and vulnerability patching.
• Mentor junior admins and author internal Runbooks and employee guides.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 4–6+ years of experience in IT Systems Administration or high-level Support Engineering.
• Deep proficiency in managing macOS and Windows at scale in a corporate environment.
• Proven experience with Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, and Okta.
• Ability to use AI-native coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) and low-code platforms (n8n) for automation.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting skills using logs and terminal commands.

Nice to have

• Certifications: Jamf 300/400, Okta Certified Professional, or Microsoft Associate.
• Experience with API integrations using n8n or Okta Workflows.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Experience in high-growth startups or tech-forward environments.
• Experience supporting AV setups for company-wide events.
