What you will do

• Manage a high volume of inbound phone calls through the customer support toll-free line.
• Process customer orders via phone and email using the Oracle Cloud database.
• Provide accurate and detailed information regarding purchase orders, sales orders, returns, credits, and shipping.
• Execute credit, invoice-only, and return authorization requests.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure customer needs are met within performance standards.
• Assist in the coordination and compilation of RFP responses.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of professional customer service experience, preferably in a call center or order processing environment.
• Fluency in both English and French (oral and written communication).
• Community College Diploma or equivalent education.
• Ability to work extended hours during fiscal month and quarter-end periods.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud and Salesforce applications is desired.
