What you will do

• Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Discord, and other platforms.
• Build and nurture relationships with gamers, streamers, and esports organizations.
• Plan and execute regional gaming events, roadshows, and tournament activations.
• Manage partnerships with game publishers, agencies, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Monitor platform performance and provide actionable insights through analytics reporting.
• Coordinate content planning and campaign execution across APAC markets.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore or able to work onsite.
• Strong understanding of gaming culture, esports, and digital trends.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, community management, or event coordination.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours during events and tournament periods.

• Experience with content creation, livestreaming, or basic video editing.
