What you will do

• Execute omni-channel marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive event attendance and objectives.
• Manage event registration systems, ensure data accuracy, and handle segmentation and campaign targeting using CRM and CMS.
• Coordinate the production of marketing assets, collaterals, and on-site coverage with photographers and videographers.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and consolidate insights from post-event surveys.
• Develop and fulfill partnership deliverables and publicity commitments with industry partners.
• Liaise with creative agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing or events.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Adobe Creative Suite is considered an advantage.
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as CRM and CMS.
• Willingness to commit extended working hours, including weekends, during events.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
