TL;DR

Community Intern (Marketing): Fostering and growing hirify.global’s entrepreneur community through engagement strategies and impactful experiences with an accent on online and offline interactions. Focus on executing regional community strategies, managing social media presence, and creating content using AI tools.

Location: Must be based in Singapore

hirify.global is a B Corp providing tech-enabled back-office solutions for micro SMEs through proprietary software and AI.

What you will do

  • Expand the entrepreneur community by executing regional community strategies.
  • Drive meaningful interactions and manage member experience to keep discussions active and valuable.
  • Plan and deliver engaging online and offline events, workshops, and campaigns.
  • Foster peer-to-peer connections and knowledge sharing within the ecosystem.
  • Track community growth and engagement metrics and contribute to insight reports.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop value-driven content.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Singapore and able to commit to a 6-month internship.
  • Bachelor's Degree (final year students or fresh graduates).
  • Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Ability to create visuals and videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and experience using AI tools for content creation.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and collaborative skills for a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in community management, marketing, or a closely related field.
