What you will do

• Deliver operational projects end-to-end, including process rollouts, SOP design, and KPI dashboards.
• Build and optimize scalable processes to support the company's rapid growth and acquisitions.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement direct fixes.
• Coordinate between operations, finance, people, tech teams, and local agency staff.
• Proactively identify risks and blockers, driving them toward resolution.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in fast-paced environments such as consulting, high-growth startups, or banking.
• Strong academic background from a top university with excellent analytical skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Hands-on AI fluency, using LLMs daily to analyze, draft, and build working prototypes (vibe-coding).
• Traits of high agency, high intelligence, and high integrity.
• Must be based in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with RPA, low-code tools, or scripting.
• Background in property, marketplaces, or other operationally intensive businesses.
• Portfolio of side projects, automations, or internal tools previously built.
