What you will do

• Manage post-sales technical relationships with strategic accounts in the UAE to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success.
• Lead complex technical integrations and provide expert guidance on product usage and troubleshooting.
• Act as the technical voice of the customer, translating real-world feedback into optimal product solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing teams to align on customer requirements.
• Deliver tailored product demos and integration plans based on specific client workflows and systems.
• Track integration health and adoption metrics to inform regional strategy and product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in client-facing technology roles combining business and technical expertise.
• Deep understanding of APIs, databases, and system architecture.
• Proven ability to tie technical solutions to business objectives, KPIs, and revenue outcomes.
• Experience influencing C-suite stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to simplify technical complexities for non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Existing network of property developers and real estate players in the UAE.
• Previous experience in the fintech or proptech sectors.
• Background knowledge and understanding of International Real Estate.
