What you will do

• Own and advance Health & Safety compliance across EMEA and global offices, including fire safety and emergency preparedness.
• Lead the global standardization of workplace systems, vendor management, and operational playbooks for local Office Managers.
• Serve as the primary senior point of escalation for the EMEA region, providing continuity during North American offline hours.
• Partner with IT and Security to unify badge access systems, visitor protocols, and vendor vetting standards.
• Manage regional vendor relationships and track program budgets to identify savings and improve operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or facilities management in a global, multi-site environment.
• Demonstrated experience owning Health & Safety programs within UK and EU regulatory frameworks.
• Strong project management fundamentals with the ability to run multiple workstreams and handle ambiguity.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy and make sound judgment calls independently.
• Experience integrating vendor, security, or facilities systems across multiple locations.
• Must be based in the Dublin area.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a tech, startup, or high-growth company environment.
• Familiarity with access control systems, visitor management tools, or AV/meeting room technology.
• First Aid and Food Safety certifications.
• Experience with Confluence and Asana.
