What you will do

• Manage closing, reporting, and reconciliation activities to ensure general ledger integrity.
• Prepare and post intermediate to complex manual journal entries in the ERP system.
• Perform regular clearing of general ledger accounts and high-risk periodic reconciliations.
• Prepare periodic financial and regulatory reports for statutory and management purposes.
• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide accounting support to non-finance departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in HR, Sales, Marketing, and Procurement on complex accounting transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• 3–4 years of finance experience within a large corporate organization.
• Experience in a Shared Service Center (SSC), BPO, or offshore migration setup.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and other ERP systems.
• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly intermediate Excel.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
