Senior Product Manager - Banking (Fintech)

Location: London, UK; hybrid arrangement, mostly onsite

Salary: £120,000–£140,000 per annum

Fintech business developing banking and payments products for small and medium-sized businesses.

What you will do

• Own and grow key banking and payments products.
• Define and improve SME banking and money movement experiences.
• Build regulated financial products, including accounts, onboarding and KYB flows, and payment rails.
• Work with product, engineering, compliance, and operations teams to deliver product outcomes.
• Use data to guide product decisions and measure performance.

Requirements

• Product management experience in fintech.
• Strong understanding of SME banking, payments, and money movement.
• Experience building regulated financial products, including accounts, onboarding and KYB, and payment rails.
• Hands-on experience with cards is required.
• Good knowledge of the UK regulatory landscape.
• Ability to work from London in a hybrid arrangement that is mostly onsite.
