Salary: $115,000 - $174,000

What you will do

• Partner with Marketing to transform data analysis into published assets, including blogs, reports, and social content.
• Support and enhance data products such as hirify.global Data Lab and Market Data through continuous research and analysis.
• Act as a subject matter expert by fielding compensation and data questions from customers, prospects, and internal teams.
• Develop a lightweight measurement framework to evaluate the performance and impact of content.
• Translate complex technical findings from the compensation dataset into clear, compelling stories for non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role, ideally in a customer-facing capacity.
• Exceptional data manipulation skills with proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Proven track record of using data and metrics for marketing, storytelling, and growth.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on measurable business impact.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco or New York hubs.

Nice to have

• Experience with compensation and labor market data.
• Proficiency with data tools like dbt, Hex, or Claude code.
• Experience building customer-facing data products.
