What you will do
- Manage the day-to-day interface with TSAM customer representatives.
- Oversee water treatment operations and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.
- Manage chemical stock levels, ordering, and daily stock tracking.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on performance, pricing, and service delivery.
- Lead and manage on-site technicians, including oversight of controllable costs.
- Identify new sales opportunities, prepare proposals, and follow up to secure contracts.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar industrial or chemical environment.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to perform daily checks and solve technical problems on-site.
- Detail-oriented with strong self-discipline.
- Must be based in or able to work in Durban, South Africa.
