Salary: $21.78 - $29.95 per hour (approx. $45,300 - $62,300 annually)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for agents and brokers to resolve inquiries and facilitate account servicing.
• Gather and verify information for underwriters to finalize transactions and maintain accurate file documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy across internal systems while adhering to compliance and service standards.
• Communicate routinely with team members and business partners to research and complete underwriting tasks.
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities to enhance team efficiency.
• Process policy changes and attach appropriate forms under underwriter direction.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided)
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Ability to type 50+ wpm
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Strong detail-orientation and ability to manage high-volume workloads
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
