Salary: $90,500 – $136,000 (Base salary only, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits).

What you will do

• Design visual assets for ad production, web, and social media consistent with the hirify.global brand and Material Design system.
• Develop Brand-to-Demand campaigns for B2B products and execute art direction for engagement campaigns.
• Create presentation designs for leadership talks and corporate events.
• Collaborate with the Brand Studio on marketing collateral across consumer, corporate, and B2B projects.
• Communicate design rationale effectively to creative leads and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Design or equivalent practical experience with 5+ years in visual design for digital products.
• Robust portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual execution, illustration, and consumer-facing assets.
• Proven experience across diverse platforms including print production and email marketing.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in CSS/HTML and advanced prototyping.
• Experience with motion design tools like After Effects or Cinema 4D.
• Expertise in designing for physical touchpoints such as packaging and large-scale marketing assets.
• Interest in AI-generative tools.
